We will give you a salvage value within 48 hours of receiving the inventory. Once accepted, we will prepare for the arrival of the goods.

Once we have the goods at our location, we will start the re-use and recycling processes. Here we will separate any items that can be re-used through our links with charities and commercial companies.

All devices that have personal data on them will be Data Wiped in accordance with NIST, GDPR & WEEE rules. We use the industry leading software in Certus or Phonecheck. Data will be permanently removed and you will be provided with a certificate.

We work with insurance companies to handle many claims on a 'Repair or Replace' basis. We are specialists in tech and smart devices, including:
Laptops, PC's Servers, All-inOne Devices, Apple devices and more.
We provide a swift process to the client and can return the repaired item or replacement item within 24 hours. If an item can't be repaired, we can often offer a salvage value for those items.
